“Testimonies given by victims of the October 7th attack detailed horrific acts of violence against civilians, all of which must be decisively condemned. We’ve heard from released hostages about instances of sexual assault and abuse that took place during their captivity—it is evident that Hamas continues to use rape and other forms of sexual violence as a weapon of war," said Congressman Williams.
