Rep. Williams to Host Veterans Resource Fair This Friday

“My office takes its obligation to our veterans seriously, and I’m proud of the work my District Offices’ caseworkers do every single day to serve those who have served us in our nation’s military,” said Congressman Brandon Williams.

SYRACUSE — The Office of Congressman Brandon Williams (NY-22) will host a Veterans Resource Fair at the Woods Road Park Pavilion (900 Woods Rd, Solvay, NY) on Friday, June 21 from 1:00-4:00 PM.

 

The purpose of the resource fair is to acquaint local veterans with the capabilities of Rep. Williams’ casework team in assisting constituents with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

 

The fair will feature a Q&A session with Rep. Williams, as well as presentations from third-party vendors providing a wide array of services to veterans. The current list of attending vendors is as follows:

 

  • Syracuse VA Medical Center
  • Onondaga County Veterans Service Agency
  • Clear Path for Veterans
  • Office of NYS Comptroller, Thomas P. DiNapoli
  • Onondaga Community College - Office of Veterans and Military Services
  • Honor Flight
  • Soldier On - Case Management
  • Onondaga County Clerk - Return the Favor Program
  • Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 103
