Hi Folks!
This past week, we made a lot of progress in Congress, advancing important legislation and holding dishonest officials accountable.
Here is a snapshot of what I've been doing this week: - Voting to expel George Santos
- Advocating for Japanese citizens abducted by North Korea
- Responding to a dishonest smear
- Raising awareness of geomagnetic disturbances and our vulnerable electric grid
- Commending Brookhaven National Laboratory
- Celebrating with Mayor Fezziwig and family

A Message from Rep. Brandon Williams:
Our 22nd Congressional District encompasses all of Oneida, Madison, and Onondaga counties, and a sliver of Oswego County. As always, I am working to support families in CNY and the Mohawk Valley, improve our local infrastructure, grow manufacturing, and rein-in energy costs through common sense engineering and business practices. As a Navy Veteran, I stand with and for our veterans. I am protecting Social Security and Medicare for our elderly, and I always speak up for our law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders.

The expulsion of George Santos from Congress was long overdue. I've called for his exit from Congress since January, and that time has finally come.
By a vote of 311-114, the House of Representatives made the right choice.

North Korea is guilty of grave human rights abuses against Japanese citizens. Since the 1970’s, North Korea has abducted 17 Japanese citizens.
That’s why I introduced H.Res. 620, a bipartisan resolution that seeks justice for these Japanese citizens and their families.

The powerful star which provides us with warmth and light also poses a unique threat to the modern world. We have to reinforce vulnerable infrastructure, including our electric grid, if we want the United States to be prepared.

On Wednesday, a group called "End Citizens United" stated that I had received money from former Representative George Santos.
What they failed to mention was that I donated that money to the Helping Hounds Dog Rescue in North Syracuse nearly a year ago. I'm happy to turn George's fraud into support for our four-legged friends (a topic he's also lied about).

I'm deeply grateful for the folks at Brookhaven National Lab, who toured me through their facility this past week. We were able to discuss the incredible work they're doing at the forefront of modernizing American energy production, and what we can do in Congress to support their innovation.

Last Saturday, Stephanie and I were in Skaneateles singing with Mayor Fezziwig, his wife, and Sheriff. We rang in Salvation. And the Ghosts of Christmases past, present and future were in full swing—come in and know me better, man!
